Has a wealth of organisational improvement experience gained from implementing successful change programmes on an international stage over a career spanning more than 30 years. Passionate about gathering insights and influencing the real things that make a difference, he has operated and improved businesses across four continents, all the way from the UK to the far side of Australia.

Has extensive experience in manufacturing, public sector and oil and gas. Helen enjoys enabling large and small scale change in order to bring a difference to people and their businesses.

Helen has tenacity and determination to achieve a sustainable delivery coupled with a desire to make the change a challenging and enjoyable experience for those involved.

Helen is UK based, commuting globally on client engagements.
