Privacy Policy

We are obliged to protect personal data under the EU GDPR regulation. (effective May 25th 2018)

Peopology uses client contact data (such as name, contact number, email addresses) for the purposes of providing client proposals and updates on new Peopology Ltd services.

Once contracts have been exchanged, Peopology will collect data in relation to the project & finances.

The intended use of the data, term of storage will be discussed and agreed as part of each individual project. The financial information will be used for invoicing and accounting purposes in line with required policy and accounting regulations.

Peopology stores data on Associates, (such as name, contact numbers, email address and CV profile, timesheets & invoices) for the purposes of Associate selection on behalf of the client and payment of invoices. Associates will be contacted on an annual basis to determine whether they will wish to remain on the database.

Peopology Directors, Accountants and HR Business Partners and Office Administrators are the only people with access to the data and with authority to change data, which is held securely and password protected on Peopology databases.

Peopology does not share information with other 3rd parties for marketing use.

Associate information may be occasionally shared with other consultancies, where sub contracted arrangements are in place. In this instance, Associates will be informed prior to the information exchange.

Peopology works internationally. Although we collect and protect all data in the same way, this policy only falls within EU jurisdiction.
